Welcome to MI-Gamer!
Our official launch date for this site is set for March 21st, 2008. Until then, many of the links will be deactivated, and much of the site will be unavailable as we are still finishing up the last of the design and debugging.
MI-Gamer is a community site for Michigan gamers. It doesn't matter what the game is, from chess to World of Warcraft, our goal is to provide a place for gamers of all types to gather, share, and perhaps cross-over and learn new games.
If you are a Michigan gamer, and you would like to help with suggestions and comments for us, please click HERE to contact us and we'll respond within 24 hours.
Looking for Game Reviewers!
One of the core features of any good game site is reviews. We're currently trying to devise a standard review format, but if you want to offer to write a review, we are interested in hearing from you. Please contact us HERE.
Please note that we want all our reviews to be written by regular gamers; if you represent a game company, please let us know and we can help spotlight your product in our up-coming New Games section.
Our Standardized Review System
We're still working on our standardized review system, to make sure that each of our reviewers understands and can accurately use our 5 point review system. We're also still working on our archiving system, so that all reviews will be easily located by a search of the game's name, type of game, designer, publisher, and year of publication.
Look for new reviews soon from Keegan and Apollo, who will be reviewing our first products here.
