January 16th, 2009: We have emulators now!
We've added three new emulators to our site and we hope that you enjoy them. They include DOS-Box (the best DOS emulator I've ever seen!) plus a Commodore64 emulator and a Super Nintendo emulator. We have also added a few games for each system.
These emulators and games are NOT created by the MI-Gamer staff. They are either freeware with an open license or else "abandonware". If you have any legal rights regarding a game or emulator you find here, please Let Us Know and we will respond promptly.
January 1st, 2009: The Forum and Chat Rooms Work Now!
Because a strong sense of community is important to the central concept of MI-Gamer, one of our first priorities was to make sure our Forum and chat rooms were working. I'm pleased to say that they are working now, and anyone can sign up as a member.
It's important to know that our chat rooms are integrated with our forums. This means that in order to log into the chat rooms, you must be a registered member of our forum. This integratoin feature allows us to offer more features in our chat rooms, and reduces flaming and other common chat issues. If you have any questions or problems, please Let Us Know.
